uestion. Tom, I’m really confused about whole eggs. I’m not even sure if you’re going to be able to answer this or not, but to me it’s a very confusing and important topic.
I only use egg whites because I believe that the yolks are bad because of cholesterol and saturated fat. But with new studies coming out saying we are missing all of the best nutrients by throwing the yolks out I’m confused. Could you please help clarify this issue?

Contrary to popular belief healthy eating habits do not have to inflict damage to your wallet. Unhealthy eating habits, like washing donuts down with an expensive latte or two will blow a hole in your finances.
In challenging economic times like these, many people tend to go for the “cheapest" food options and sometimes these options are far from healthy.
Just recently my husband and I decided to slim down our expenses and go on a serious “budget diet" and of course this meant a “food budget" as well.
