It’s not easy to consistently follow a healthy eating plan. Life comes at us so fast we sometimes let important things slide.

Maintaining healthy eating while traveling may be the most difficult thing of all to pull off because fast food restaurants beckon us to pull over to quickly satisfy our hunger pains.

I am no stranger to maintaining a healthy diet plan while traveling because I’m on the road so much.

My clients and readers frequently ask me, “Isabel, I’m always on the go, how can I stick to my healthy eating plan and still live my life?”
